Take payment without leaving the chat

On Pro and Enterprise, agents can send a payment step in the same thread. The customer stays in the conversation instead of opening a separate checkout page.

How payment data is handled

KonnectBot does not store raw card numbers. Checkout is completed through your payment provider. We do not publish a PCI certificate on this site.

Plan availability

In-chat payments are on Pro and Enterprise. They are not on Free or Starter.

What to expect

Use it for orders you already discuss in chat. It is not a claim of a specific conversion lift. Measure that in your own store.
